Care Instruction: Cleaning our extra soft area rug is a breeze. It can be machine washed separately with cold water or mild detergent without bleach. And you can also wash it by hand if needed, ensuring its longevity and pristine appearance.

Warm Tips: In order to better protect this rug, we use vacuum packaging. If there are creases after receiving, please flip the carpet in the opposite direction and lay it flat for a period of time. Wrinkles usually flatten out within 2-3 days after unfolding.

Why does my rug look different than the photo? Machine woven rugs may have slight variation in colors, sizes, patterns (up to 2%) which are not considered defects. Due to different monitor resolutions and lighting, you may notice a slight difference.

My rug has a chemical odor. Is this normal? Dyes, yarns, backing and packing material all have natural odors that are sometimes magnified after being sealed for shipping and storage. If desired, place the rug near an open window or fan for the first few hours to help air it out.

How do I get rid of folded edges or creases in my rug? Open your rug as soon as possible once it arrives. Then place the rug on the floor and pull gently on the edges to help smooth out any creases. Creases should disappear within a few days.
